Every day is a good day to be alive, whether the sun’s shining or not.-Marty  Robins.
Folks come asking me how i stay a’mad man’.Well I subscribe to a believe of having an insane calling to where am not, meaning ill always find myself in the rain though its naturally dry.
Folks will agree with me that the hardest part of the day is waking up,others will wake up with a moody feeling, well its somehow natural but on a sad note this practices can ruin our whole day. That’s why today am gonna share ideas and insights of how to somehow escape this nightmare of having a bad day.Thy have actually worked for me.
#Avoid eating some minutes to sleep.

Even after sleeping our digestive system stays up and running, having late night snacks or food will make our digestive system work all night hence you feel tired in the morning, and we all know how tired mornings are.Have an early healthy, nutritious dinner.
#No screens.

Before i came to  learn of the repugnant effects of using my mobile phone at night,I would have worn an Oscar for staying late on my phone. Here is a piece of science:Over the last few years sleep analytics have been investigating into “light pollution”. The blue light that projects from our cellular phone chargers and the tablet board “wound” the darkness in your bedroom. These lights interrupt the creation of melatonin – the sleep hormone – and by that cause sleep disorders and even weight gain. Further more, People who sleep with their smartphones near their head tend to take a peek at the screen even before they leave bed and by doing so – might start their day badly from reading an angry work related email or a phone call they prefer not to get.

#The method of physically getting up.

correct way !
wrong way!

Over the past one year,Ive been experiencing some sharp headache when getting out of bed I started leaving the bed  slowly and calmly as possible.

#Wake up early.

We love our beds, through experimentation I’ve found that waking up early every day makes me feel most invigorated and happy. When am not at school i wake up at 5.00am just to watch BBC news or may be reading a book .

Being awake in the early morning hours makes you feel rejuvenated.It gives you a great start and a better day ahead.{depends on what time you slept}

‘I’ve found that waking up early every day makes me feel most invigorated and happy.’-Amanda Hyde.A bout of exercise increases your focus on the next activity, because your body is aroused. What follows a morning workout? For most people, it’s the office or school. Hence, one of the advantages of working out in the morning is that you’re more alert during those later hours

#Regularly  help others.

One of the most enthralling discoveries Ive made about me is that i love helping out where necessary and in the right way it’s brought me much happiness through both the challenge of finding ways to help each person, and the feeling that comes when I help the other person discover ways to make faster progress with their current challenges.

#Learn new skills.

“I’ve known countless people who were reservoirs of learning, yet never had a thought.”  ~Wilson Mizne.

I learn new things everyday but what makes me grow and feel happy about learning something new is the challenge that it presents.but it is the times when I’ve slipped into a few weeks of working on something I already know well, that have led me to feel less happy than I want to be.

#Have a habit of disengagement.

As I mentioned earlier, a key way I am able to wake up at 5am is through my ritual of disengaging in the evening. I go for a walk at 6.00pm

along a route which I’ve done many times before. Since the route is already decided and is the same every time, I am simply walking and doing nothing else. This prompts reflection and relaxation.

Various thoughts enter and leave my mind during the walk, and I’ve found this to be very healthy. Sometimes I think about the great things I enjoyed that day. Other times I will realise a change I should make in order to be happier day to day. I also feel calm and relaxed by the time I return from my walk, and I can therefore go straight to bed and fall asleep sooner than if I been engaged in my work and had closed my laptop only a few minutes earlier.

Are there any key activities or habits you’ve found bring you happiness? I’d love to hear from you.
